i replied to a collection notice using the following method . i took a shot mainly just to see what happens (trial and error).

attention C/A

Notice:

i ,Finger Man , appearing as legal fiction FINGER MAN in regards to the notice of debt sent by the (name of C/A) . I do not dispute this notice , rather I require you to send me 5 things to validate this notice of debt that is identified to me as “file # associated w/ notice"” .
I require for validation for notice of debt:
A: full disclosure.
B: equal consideration.
C: lawful terms and conditions
D: signatures of both parties.
E: a check/remedy for this implied liability.
I also require that I only be contacted by mail, so that I may record any , and all documents . do not call my home, my job, my friends, or my family.

See notice at top of page
"Remember we are merging to www.thinkfreeforums.org. All new posts should be there instead".
