Anyone have any insight into how I would go about taking control of my RRSP?, or liquidate it?
I now work for private contract for hire, no need for the SIN anymore and all the baggage that it carries, I am through with using it.
I want to give up my SIN, but want to take control the RRSP that I was suckered into for the first 25 years of my life.
Anyone have any tips to share?
Thanks!

I know if you can take it out now however they will charge you tax on it. However if you no longer have a SIN I'm not sure what will happen. There are NRSP which are non-registered savings plans.

Yes, each holding institution has it's own rules for withdrawal. Some will allow you to withdraw in $5K chunks, and it's up to you to "claim" it on your "income". Anything over 5K and they start witholding a hefty percentage. (But it varies).
I need a way to secure things, before I toss my SIN. Or is the act of tossing my SIN going to mean I give up my RRSP?

http://www.hackcanada.com/canadian/freedom/mary_croft.pdf I have never tried this before but in Mary Croft's book on page 26 she states "If we capture our strawmen by recording with the public it's name via a financing statement (PPSA) where your artificial person is the debtor and you are the secured party. She states on page 41 "that your Strawman is a corporate entity created by the government. If you are the surety then you are liable for its taxes, however if you are the secured party, the creditor to its debtor, then you have lien against it. If this works that would be great because I am in the same position as you. However I would only use it to get back my RRSP's that I worked hard for. I would not abuse the situation like I heard from other people online. I feel why use the system that created the problem in the first place? I want to stay clear from them (bankers) as much as possible. They can leave me alone and I will leave them alone. Karma will always come around That's my opinion anyways. Peace and Good Luck

Maybe if you put this with your notice of understanding:
Whereas it is my understanding that due to the fact that Canada is a bankrupt corporation listed on the United States Securities Exchange Commission (central index key 0000230098); and having not known the risk factors prior to the contract; the RRSP certificate #....... would not have been established
Whereas it is my understanding that the province of Ontario is also a bankrupt corporation listed on the United States Securities Exchange Commission (central index key 0000074615)
Whereas it is my understanding that due to the passing of Bill C-124 third session,34th parliament, 40-41-42 in 1991-1992-1993 in order to pay off the national debt the government might be required, and now has the legislation in place to confiscate the pensions, RRSPs, investments, property, and all other tangible assets of the people
Whereas it is my understanding that Canada committed an offence with the fraudelent sale of the RRSP fund listed certificate #.......by not disclosing this information to me
This is just my opinion...just an idea I may even use this?

you can declare yourself a non resident of canada after transfering all titles (assets) that you currently hold to a nother person and have your rrsp moved out of the country tax free.
collect it in another contry that has very favorable tax laws on earned foreign income.
after rrsp liquidation move back to canada as a visitor
there is a book on the subject if you want i can look for it at home and give you the title and author
