Proof that Canada is a company
« Thread Started on Mar 3, 2008, 2:32am »

Go to http://www.sec.gov/
This is the U.S securities and exchange commission website. Click on the site search which is located on the far right hand side of the screen. Beside company name type in Canada. Look at the first item on the list CIK 230098 and company CANADA. Click on the cik 230098 and you get the annual filing reports for the company of Canada who's business address is the CANADIAN EMBASSY in Washington D.C.
This is the first thing I show people who don't beleive in the freeman movement.
The truth will become self evident.

The age of the corporation of Canada

Date of Canada's incorporation

I do not have a firm answer as of yet, and I think that if it was readily out there I would stand as good a chance as anyone in being able to retrieve it.

So lets look at probabilities.

There is a question as to whether the Monarch of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Ireland has any right to be called the Monarch or the Crown of Canada, as the right to succession in the BNA Act (section 2) granted to the successors and heirs of Queen Victoria was struck by the British Imperial Parliament in 1893.

Ok so with that The Monarch did not own Canada any longer. Story is that the bankers got to their big purse and of course not all was taken from them, in fact they are a needed illusion (at least they were at some point).

All western nations were declared bankrupt in 1930.

There was a massive restructuring, and incorporating into new entities to stand at the helm during receivership, and as an "Act of Mercy" In truth their creditors needed the people to believe in the Government, with out the continuity of it there would be now role out of the plan to take the wealth of the nations to repay the corporations debts. Don't be fooled, the illusion was more needed then, than it is now, so it was from De jure to De facto just like that!

SECURITIES ACT OF 1933 Created the SEC (where CANADA is registered). The registration cannot be older than the Act, So 1933 or better is my best hypothesis at the moment. I would think that this was probably done shortly after the SEC was formed and was looked upon with great expectation for some time to being able to do it (sold out on the open market even before the Ink was dry).

Now what I have know idea about is Canada being a legal fiction before the 30's Did they first apply for a listing with the SEC as a foreign corporation? What entity at that time engaged in the registration.

Furthermore this is all speculation but it could very well be that CANADA needed to be able to register solely to sell it's bonds like everybody else on Wall Street.

Even if that is what they did just for that reason Canada was incorporated and has not been the same since, and can never truly be seen as more than that which it is inside of the constraints of it's own paper articles of incorporation.

So the thing to do is to find out when the first CANADA BOND was issued on the US Markets. I am sure that it will again lead us to 1933 or there abouts.

Any one know about OLD CANADA BONDS!

Cheers

By faith Abraham, when he was called to go out into a place which he should after receive for an inheritance, obeyed; and he went out, not knowing whither he went. By faith he sojourned in the land of promise, as in a strange country, dwelling in tabernacles with Isaac and Jacob, the heirs with him of the same promise:For he looked for a city which hath foundations, whose builder and maker is God

It has been discussed previously that Canada is a Corp... nobody will deny that I'm sure... but I've had some questions as to what that really means.
Check this thread:

Read it through... it would be interesting to read what you make of some of the questions in that thread.
If you get a chance.

:)

Securities Exchange Act of 1934

With this Act, Congress created the Securities and Exchange Commission. The Act empowers the SEC with broad authority over all aspects of the securities industry. This includes the power to register, regulate, and oversee brokerage firms, transfer agents, and clearing agencies as well as the nation's securities self regulatory organizations (SROs). The various stock exchanges, such as the New York Stock Exchange, and American Stock Exchange are SROs. The National Association of Securities Dealers, which operates the NASDAQ system, is also an SRO.

The Act also identifies and prohibits certain types of conduct in the markets and provides the Commission with disciplinary powers over regulated entities and persons associated with them.

The Act also empowers the SEC to require periodic reporting of information by companies with publicly traded securities.
In 1933, slavemason Franklin D. Roosevelt confiscated the gold and silver of the American people thereby making them slaves of Pharaoh
Bank of Canada Act, 3 July 1934, created the BANK OF CANADA 1935 in response to the 1933 Royal Commission on Banking and Currency. The Bank of Canada was at first privately owned, but was nationalized by 1938

If you look in the white business pages you will see the listing The Bank of Canada which means it is a private institution. If it was government controlled it would be in the blue pages. Also according to the IMF they estimate Canada to have around 2500 Trillion dollars in resources; and Canada having a debt of around 800 billion I think it's time we hire a new accountant.

In order to pay off Canada's debt everything of value was auctioned off, and when it still owed money there was only one thing left of value, 'the people'

But simple economics will tell you that without the labour the banker has nothing. We are the real wealth of the world, everything you see is because of the common worker not the banker. We make the world go round not the stock brokers on wall street. Just remember how Rob describes human beings. 'We may have different roles in the daytime but at night were all the same human beings.' However without our role the banker has nothing!!!!!!
Once the people realize our value LOOK OUT!! Hey, anyone up for a good old fashioned bank run.
Their is only one law in the world and that's the world of commerce. It only involves corporate entities or person's.
Go to a bank outside of Canada and try and cash our currency!! You'll see how much it's worth

P.s Check out how a country shares its wealth with its natural born citizens (or in my opinion should be shared by all)
city of ABU DHABI in the UAE
Citizen population 420,000 people
Average net worth 17 MILLION PER PERSON!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
They do have a bad record of the way they pay the lower profession jobs,
However a friend of mine from Toronto who is in the job placement business
went to the UAE recently to work; for one year salary in the UAE he would have to work 8 years in Toronto!!!!
ABU DHABI
